Committee briefing and consultation website designed for U+I, a property developer focusing on mixed-use regeneration projects in central locations around London, Manchester and Dublin.

Committee briefings are seen by local Councillors during Council meetings and therefore needed to be informative, offering influential solutions to any concerns. This particular briefing concerned U+I & Town’s new development plans for West Berkshire and included many positive quotes obtained during a period of community consultation from local residents, showing substantial support for a proposed development on Pincents Lane in Tilehurst.
